Kim Gross Speaks at INTERACT 2019

Pacesetter Enterprises announced today the successful appearance of VP of Sales and Marketing, Kim Gross at the 2019  INTERACT Users Community Event, held at the Denver Marriott Tech Center on June 4 – 6. The sold-out event brought together executives representing the most progressive printing operations in the United States.

INTERACT’s mission is to foster human interaction through information exchange and the event boasted a power-packed line up of industry experts sharing insight and best practices about the industry, technology, their companies, and customer applications.

Complimenting the overall theme of the event, Ms. Gross joined industry veteran, Barb Pellow to discuss a recently published Brand United case study featuring her client, Mack Trucks. The case entitled, How Mack Trucks Delivers a Premium Customer Experience detailed Mack Trucks’ journey to improve the experience of customers taking delivery of their new trucks.

Working together with Pacesetter Enterprises, Mack Trucks created an end to end “handover” process that provided dealer sales teams with a streamlined way to create personalized kits for each customer. The kits included important information personalized for each customer about their model, after-sales care and maintenance. Mack’s customers were thrilled with the new process and personalized information.
